Position Title: Cadet Commercial Agent

Location: Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia

Employment Type: Full-Time | 2-Month Probationary Period

Salary: $55,000 Base PA (Plus Super) + Commission (Structure Outlined Below)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Cadet Commercial Agent to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone eager to build a long-term career in commercial real estate while gaining practical experience in sales, leasing, and client relationship management.

As a Cadet, you will work directly alongside our Founder & CEO, Sandra Carder, receiving hands-on training and mentorship. You will learn the foundations of commercial property while actively contributing to business growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the leasing and sales of commercial properties.
  • Conduct property inspections with prospective tenants and buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and investors.
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and property listings.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and professional transaction processes.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records in line with company procedures.
Requirements:
  • Real Estate Sales Licence (mandatory).
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a professional and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

Remuneration & Commission:
  • Base Salary: $55,000 (plus superannuation).

  • Commission Structure:

  • Hurdle: 2x base salary.

  • Commission: 40% thereafter.

Probationary Period: 2 months with performance review.
