**Key Responsibilities:

  • Mature the department's strategic workforce planning function by managing and monitoring key initiatives and projects.
  • Lead the yearly operational workforce planning process across the department, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Executives, managers, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Provide expert analysis of workforce data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the department's workforce planning capabilities, resulting in improved performance and efficiency.
