Job Overview

This senior role entails overseeing the strategic workforce planning function within an organization. Key responsibilities include conducting workforce supply analysis to identify gaps and inefficiencies, developing demand plans to forecast resourcing needs, and maintaining skills and capability matrices to inform hiring and training priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive workforce planning framework to drive organizational productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that optimize resource allocation and enhance business outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and support to managers on workforce planning and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
