About the Role
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and present plans that align with each client's business objectives
  • Cross-Channel Strategy: Guide the strategic use of paid marketing channels to achieve maximum impact
  • Creative Strategy: Work with creative teams to create high-converting, brand-aligned content
  • Budget Management: Optimize budget allocation to maximize return on investment
  • Client Relationships: Build strong advisor relationships with clients, delivering personalized support and guidance
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead team members to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies
  • Best Practice Contribution: Help define and refine best practices, testing methods, and playbooks
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project flow, ensuring quality delivery from concept to launch
Qualifications
  • Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in eCommerce Paid Social strategy (DTC experience a plus)
  • Proven success driving results with significant ad budgets
  • Strong marketing expertise in creative strategy, data analysis, and fundamentals
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a grasp of key metrics such as MER, CLTV, nCPA
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on client-centered approach
