The role of Strategic Growth Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth and success.

As part of this team, you will be working closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities for growth, develop strategic plans, and implement programs to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a constant and continuous watch over the company's strategic environment, identifying trends, changes, opportunities, and challenges that may impact the business.
  • Contribute to strategic financial analysis on the company's forecast long-term performance based on the contribution of strategic initiatives.
  • Undertake financial analysis in respect to strategic initiatives, reviewing the financial analysis provided by others, to consider and advise on the financial efficacy of proposed strategies.
  • Assist the Head of Group Strategy in leading the development and execution of strategy for the group.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • A University degree within a relevant study area.
  • At least 5 years' experience within a relevant field.
  • Working knowledge of common strategic and planning methodologies.
  • Proven leadership skills with demonstrated ability to articulate corporate vision.
  • Demonstrated experience working confidently with general executives and senior leadership.
  • An ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and competency in new strategic and operational areas.
