Lead Guest Experience Manager

We're seeking an exceptional leader to champion our premium guest experiences across a world-class wine destination. This newly elevated role will oversee the strategic and operational leadership of our Restaurant and Cellar Door, driving commercial success and inspiring a high-performing team culture.

About the Role

As Lead Guest Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver best-in-class service and cultural alignment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all front-of-house guest experiences across the Cellar Door and Restaurant FOH
  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in premium environments
  • Managing site-level financial performance, including budgets and cost control
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver unforgettable experiences
Desired Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for a proven hospitality leader who brings:

  • 8+ years of experience in leadership roles across wine, tourism, or hospitality venues
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing multi-departmental operations
  • A passion for creating elevated guest experiences in premium environments
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams across diverse service areas
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
