The Position

Are you an emotionally intelligent, focused, and switched-on leader with experience as a duty manager or shift supervisor? Are you passionate about the health and wellness industry, and providing unparalleled member experiences with every member, every time? Are you focused on ensuring every member feels a warm, welcoming, and engaging experience that elevates their visit and keeps them coming back? If so, read on.

As an Experience Leader your role is all taking charge of our passionate and dedicated team, ensuring our Front of House (FOH) Concierge team consistently delivers 6-star service with authenticity and heart. You will be responsible for ensuring that our members and guests needs are not only met but exceeded. This team finds innovative and thoughtful ways elevate the member experience, adding unique and personalised touches suited to the member's needs, interests and health goals. The FOH Team is responsible for greeting members and guests on arrival and providing thoughtful and meaningful interactions and farewells. Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Hands on day-today management of the FOH and club.
  • Orchestrating the day-to-day operations of the FOH Team with precision and finesse.
  • Craft unforgettable first impressions and fond farewells, setting the stage for exceptional member experiences in the club, classes, and wellness areas.
  • Embrace technology as a tool for enhancing member relationships (training provided to master customer relationship management technology)
  • Exude professionalism, warmth, and approachability, delighting SAINT members and guests with every interaction.
  • Approach challenges with a can-do attitude, swiftly and efficiently resolving issues to uphold our commitment to seamless service.
  • Deepen your knowledge of our products and facilities to become a trusted resource for member inquiries.
  • Foster meaningful connections with both members and fellow team members, cultivating a sense of community within SAINT.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in front of house areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
  • Take charge of opening and closing duties with diligence and attention to detail.
  • Ensure the pristine condition of the pool area, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Elevate the hospitality experience with offerings such as alcohol-free cocktails, tinctures, tonics, and other associated services.
  • Support retail management and food & beverage ordering responsibilities as directed by the Experience Manager.
  • Play a vital role in the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing your expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Drive retail and food and beverage sales through proactive engagement and personalised service.

The Successful Candidate
  • You have significant experience in the hospitality industry, including but not limited to hotel and restaurant experience or experience in a spa and wellness centres in concierge or similar roles. Some management experience preferable.
  • You have a genuine interest in wellness and health.
  • You have a willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest in health and wellbeing trends and SAINT offerings.
  • You are people focused - you are genuine, honest and operate with integrity. You thrive on watching your team succeed and develop their skills and experience.
  • You are self-assured, patient, listen intently, speak clearly, and are comfortable communicating at all levels.
  • You are driven, perceptive, ask questions and always strive to understand the bigger picture.
  • You must be open to working a combination of 8 hours shifts across early mornings (5am starts), nights (9:30pm finish) and/or weekends.
