About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services All Rounder to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • You will be responsible for providing seamless check-in services, ensuring accurate recording of accounts and documentation, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
  • Additionally, you will create, promote, and plan engaging guest activities, including social events and activities, to ensure our guests stay entertained.
  • Food and beverage preparation, service, and hygiene compliance are also key aspects of this role, as well as ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
About You

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing a fun and engaging service.
  • Experience in duty management, reception, or front desk from an accommodation-based hospitality environment.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A flexible approach to work, including rotating rosters, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
