We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at a luxurious hotel and spa. This part-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Based in Joseph's Restaurant & Bar, you will be responsible for hosting and serving guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
  • You will prepare and present beverages to a high standard, including cocktails and wine.
  • Building genuine connections with guests and creating exceptional experiences is key to your success in this role.
  • As a proud ambassador for our brand, you will embody our values of fun, authentic hospitality, caring, ownership mindset, performance, and growth.
About You
  • Prior bar experience in a hotel or a la carte dining environment is essential.
  • Confident cocktail-making and solid wine/beverage knowledge are required.
  • Enthusiasm about hospitality and continuous improvement is necessary for your success in this role.
  • A valid RSA certificate is mandatory.
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills are expected.
  • Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
