About the Role:

The Industrial Registrar will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies for resolving complex industrial issues. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of relevant legislation and case law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing industrial disputes through effective negotiation and mediation techniques
  • Providing expert legal advice on industrial relations matters
  • Regulating industrial organisations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Mentoring junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Admission as a legal practitioner in Australia
  • A minimum of five years' post-admission experience as a lawyer in NSW
  • Demonstrated legal capability, including litigation and advocacy
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industrial law, relevant legislation, and court procedures
