Job Title: Regional Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Regional Operations Specialist.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our childcare centres across South East Queensland, ensuring that they operate in accordance with company policies and procedures.

This role involves visiting centres regularly to provide advice and support to staff and centre directors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support and guidance to our childcare centres in South East Queensland
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Visit centres regularly to provide advice and support to staff and centre directors
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role in early childhood education
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
