Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to regional operations teams, ensuring the efficient management of office activities and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to regional operations teams, including preparation of reports, coordination of travel arrangements and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Utilise databases to create, update, analyse and report on business activities and provide operating support to ensure compliance and effective maintenance of records and access to information.
  • Liaise and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including members of the public to support key processes and delivery of unit outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • C Class driver's licence (non-restricted)
  • Government purchasing qualifications (level 1)
  • Knowledge or experience in the use of human resource and finance systems and database management
