Your Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the member experience throughout the vehicle servicing process. Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming members and verifying vehicle details, such as make, model, and service requirements.
  • Providing detailed estimates for repair and maintenance services, clearly explaining the proposed work and suggesting additional services as necessary.
  • Collaborating with technicians to ensure prompt completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Keeping members informed with regular updates regarding their vehicle's status.
  • Addressing member inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Preparing and finalizing repair orders accurately.
  • Supporting team efforts to meet sales targets and improve conversion rates.
  • Understanding and contributing to revenue and profit objectives.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to site and mobile services, including data entry, record maintenance, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Managing part returns and ensuring correct part number allocation on repair orders.

Candidate Profile

This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service and solutions. We are looking for someone who possesses:

  • Exceptional skills in professional customer relationship management, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Preferably, a solid understanding of automotive repairs and servicing.
  • Proficient administrative and clerical abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective teamwork capabilities and the ability to foster positive workplace relationships.
  • Willingness to travel and work across various centres.
