Main Responsibilities:- Deliver sales performance and achieving sales targets by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lead important projects and coordinating all the key departments to achieve project timelines and meet customer briefs.
- Develop projects designed to win and retain new key accounts.
- Introduce new products to potential or existing customers.
- Manage key customer accounts by participating in project briefs and promoting customer relationships by understanding customer's business and marketing strategies.
- Manage accounts by developing projects following customer strategic direction (this includes forecasting and planning).
- Attend customer visits to service customer needs and promptly deal with issues or complaints.
- Monitor competition movements and marketplace dynamics ensuring information is communicated with key company partners.
- Prepare monthly sales forecast, reports and present new wins.
- Follow up on customer payments.
- Maintain project briefs in system.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in food or relevant industries.
- Education background in sales, marketing, business, food science or any relevant area.
- Project management experience.
