Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our Concierge Security Team at a corporate site in Docklands. As a Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and customers, providing a positive and professional interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with security-related inquiries and provide support to the team
- Manage access cards, including issuing new cards and temporary passes, and regularly audit passes
- Monitor CCTV and alarms within the building, and respond to incidents and alarms
- Complete reports on our client's systems, including incident reports
- Conduct building patrols to identify security risks and technical faults
- Use hand-held radios to communicate with our G4S Security Operations Centre team
- Act as an emergency warden for the building
- Holder of a current Victorian Security License
- Completed a Certificate II or III in Security Operations
- Current First Aid & CPR qualifications, or willingness to obtain this prior to employment
