Team Leader, Enhanced Bail Supervision and Support Service

Be a part of the new Enhanced Bail Supervision and Support Service (EBSS) that will enhance support for complex young people on bail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a lead role in supervision and development of a dedicated team.
- Supervise and line manage EBSS staff in the Northwest of Melbourne, with direct supervision of Practice Leads.
- Develop and support staff, including oversight of professional supervision, training, and occupational health and safety.
- Provide solutions to complex issues and strategic advice regarding operations of the EBSS service and contribute to effective service delivery, program direction, and trial evaluation.
- Identify emerging program issues to ensure responsivity to operational and service demands, and actively contribute to and inform ongoing service and quality improvement.
- Provide practice guidance in the risk management of young people subject to EBSS and electronic monitoring, including acting as a decision-maker in relation to electronic monitoring alerts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Service Work is desirable.
- A full Victorian driver's licence is required due to the need to travel across the Division as required.
- A current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) card is required and will need to be provided prior to commencement of employment by the applicant.
