Electronic Monitoring Team Lead

The State Government of Victoria, Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Team Leader, Electronic Monitoring Services. This role is a key part of the Security and Intelligence Division, operating 24/7.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Electronic Monitoring Compliance Officers and providing on-shift support to the EMS management team. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering electronic monitoring training to ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Overseeing sensitive reports and ensuring accurate electronic monitoring records are maintained.
- Supporting projects and ensuring operations are executed according to established procedures.
This role includes servicing the metropolitan based trial of the Youth Justice Enhanced Bail Supervision and Support program.
Key Requirements
- Practical knowledge of a corrections environment.
- Understanding of current issues in managing offenders subject to electronic monitoring.
- Experience working within a legislative framework.
