About This Role

Be part of a pioneering initiative that enhances support for complex young people on bail. As a Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in supervision and development, working across the North West Metro Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and line manage EBSS staff in the Northwest of Melbourne, with direct supervision of Practice Leads.
  • Develop and support staff, including oversight of professional supervision, training, and occupational health and safety.
  • Provide solutions to complex issues and offer strategic advice on operations and service delivery.
  • Identify emerging program issues and contribute to ongoing service and quality improvement.
  • Provide practice guidance in risk management and decision-making for young people subject to EBSS and electronic monitoring.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Service Work (desirable).
  • Full Victorian driver's licence required for travel across the Division.
  • Current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) card required.
