Job Overview

This is a dynamic opportunity for a HSEQ Manager to join our organisation, contributing to excellence in quality and safety. The successful candidate will oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across our operations.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and mentor teams in quality and safety. Additionally, experience in managing customer/supplier complaints and quality improvement initiatives is essential.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HSEQ roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in ISO 9001, GMP, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence and mentor teams in quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and maintain ISO 9001 certification and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance.
  2. Manage quality assurance and control processes to minimise product impact and customer complaints.
  3. Oversee incident reporting in Visy Incident Management System (VIMS) and Noggin for safety and environmental compliance.
  4. Conduct HSEQ audits, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  5. Promote a zero-incident safety culture through awareness programs and training.
