Executive Assistant Manager

The Executive Assistant Manager is a highly skilled hospitality leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

This key leadership position plays a pivotal role in developing and executing tailored guest experience journeys, creating strong brand connections, and fostering effective team communication through regular briefings and meetings.

  • Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments to ensure seamless performance and outstanding guest service.
  • Support the front desk, restaurant, and maintenance teams as required.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, duty of care, and operational standards.
  • Manage rosters and timesheets aligning to industry guidelines and payroll deadlines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and support kitchen and F&B teams in quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute bespoke guest experience journeys, creating strong brand connections and driving revenue growth.

  • Plan property improvements and assist in preparing detailed documentation for stakeholder approval.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of conferences and events, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Promote the use of technology and innovation in hotel operations.
