Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to lead our team in Cranbourne. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strong leader who's passionate about empowering people and delivering real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Oversee the daily operations of the employment services site, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders in your region to enhance service delivery and foster collaborative partnerships.
  • Program Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employment services programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Provide supervision, coaching, and training employees to ensure high-quality services and achieve organisational objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics and ensure compliance with organisational targets and standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for continued improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and increase efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership Capability: Proven ability to lead a successful driven team, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in Employment, Community Services or Business Services Management or a related field, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Business Acumen: The ability to plan, manage and monitor outcomes, targets, and budgets, with a focus on financial sustainability and growth.
  • Problem-Solving: Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands, making informed decisions that drive business success.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective cross-cultural relationships, with a focus on building trust and respect among colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Government Employment Services, contractual requirements, KPIs, and Health and Safety legislation, with a commitment to compliance and regulatory excellence.
