Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee a team of Disability Support Workers in our brand-new accommodation facility.

This is a permanent full-time position with a mix of weekday, weekend, day and night shifts. You will be responsible for providing effective leadership, mentoring and supervision of DSWs to assist the development and achievement of team and client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Roster development, maintenance and review to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies.
  • Active involvement in the implementation and review of person-centered plans (PCPs), behaviour support plans (BSPs) and other relevant records.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Certificate IV or above in Disability Studies or a related discipline.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders; proficiency in MS Office, internet research and Outlook.
  • Valid VIC Drivers Licence, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR and eligibility for NDIS screening clearance.
  • Commitment to patient care and alignment with our mission and values.
Benefits:
  • Salary: $88,387 to $95,096 plus 12% Superannuation
  • Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
  • Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses.
