At our childcare centre, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team with expertise and passion. As a Quality and Safety Leader, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining rigorous quality assurance processes, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and coach educators to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these gaps.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive strategic planning, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed, engaged, and valued.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • Mandatory Reporting and Food Safety Training.
  • Deep understanding of the NQF, Child Safe Standards, and EYLF.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading teams in early education.
