This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced Account Manager who has worked across clients in FMCG, hospitality, wholesale or private-label food and beverage manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients nationwide, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and develop new product solutions.
Your Responsibilities- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients nationwide
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and develop new product solutions
- Identify new business opportunities, expand product ranges with current clients and secure new accounts, both branded and private label
- Leverage analytical and commercial skills to identify growth opportunities and address gaps in the market
- Meet and exceed key performance targets, including sales objectives, new product launches and call cycles
- Utilise CRM to ensure timely updates and insights of activities
- Proven experience in a similar role within the food or beverage industry
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and selling skills
- Autonomous, goal-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Established network within relevant sectors (desirable)
