About the Role

This Strategic People Development Manager will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to senior leaders on various people matters, implementing cyclical HR activities within dedicated practice groups, and working on strategic HR projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in employee development, performance management, remuneration, well-being, benefits, employee relations, and change management. Additionally, they will have strong analytical skills to conduct analysis of HR metrics and trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes within designated practice groups.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assistance and guidance to the business on employee-related matters;
  • Case management support on workplace relations matters, including performance management, misconduct, sick leave, grievances, disputes, terminations, bullying, harassment, and discrimination;
  • Leading and/or supporting HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, process improvements, and system implementation;
  • Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, along with relevant experience in HR business partnering and delivering strategic initiatives within a professional services firm.

Award-winning Pitcher Partners offers an estimated salary range of AUD 90,000 - AUD 120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.
