Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive client growth and development, ensuring effective account management of client relationships. The successful candidate will have experience in business development and marketing, with a strong understanding of client needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account management plans to retain and grow existing clients, increasing profitability where possible;
  • Work closely with client relationship partners (CRPs) and the client team to deliver tailored solutions and value-added services;
  • Manage bid and tender activity, collaborating with other teams to ensure successful outcomes;
  • Contribute to the firm's overall client experience program, including client listening initiatives and journey mapping;
  • Project manage and deliver bids and tenders, developing compelling value propositions and copywriting/editing content;
Client Relationships
  • Promote key client interests through event support, working with PAs to ensure seamless execution;
  • Collaborate with communications teams to profile client work and expertise through media and digital channels;
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of marketing principles and core programs employed in B2B relationship marketing;
  • The ability to think strategically about client issues, crafting value propositions based on client needs matched with expertise;
  • Experience leading client, project, or campaign teams, with a proven track record of success;
  • Strong program and project management skills, including negotiation of competing priorities and delivery under tight deadlines;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; knowledge of InterAction CRM is preferred;
