Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in line with the organization's goals, provide visionary leadership to inspire and guide the management team and staff, and oversee the development and execution of business plans, budgets, and performance targets.
- Operational Management: Direct the company's operations to ensure that it achieves its financial, business, and operational goals, ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize productivity and profitability, and monitor and evaluate performance of various positions to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement, and ensure that all financial and operational activities comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
- Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships, foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners, and lead the company's expansion efforts.
- Human Resources Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the management team and staff, promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports high levels of employee engagement and retention, and ensure that the company's HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and support the company's strategic objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the business, including financial, operational, and reputational risks, and develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
Requirements:
- MBADegree OR at least 10 years in global business development
- Technology expertise: Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance operations and deliver value to clients
- Global perspective: Ability to operate in a global business environment managing diverse teams including the Philippines, India, and Israel
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- High level of financial acumen and business insight
- Hebrew an advantage
