We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to partner with wholesale customers and drive growth across the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for educating customers on new products and promotions, identifying opportunities, and providing ongoing account management support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and sales visits to discuss product placement, marketing strategies, and customer benefits
  • Demonstrations to showcase online ordering and provide product information
  • Retention strategies to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Advise customers on new products, promotions, and deadlines
  • Provide guidance on the ordering process and product mix
  • Assist customers with weekly orders and troubleshoot technology issues

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 2+ years of business development experience
  • 1+ FMCG sales experience
  • A strong understanding of the sales cycle
  • Proven success in converting leads into client sales
