Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Development Specialist to join our Executive Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide strategic support for human resources functions.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement HR initiatives and projects.
  • Evaluate and improve HR processes for talent management, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching on IR, employee relations, workplace agreements, and awards.
  • IDentify training opportunities and other workplace enhancements.
  • Support team members in investigating incidents, grievances, and performance issues.
  • Built strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualifications in human resources or a related field.
  • Proven business partnering experience.
  • Expertise in interpreting employment, industrial, and WHS policies and legislation.
  • A natural influencer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
