We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work directly with senior leaders, collaborating on strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational success.

The Role / Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely guidance and support on job design, employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, workforce planning, and company culture.">
  • Offer professional HR advice and consulting services to support Executive and senior managers, as well as other staff members in accordance with current legislation, policies, procedures, and strategies.">
  • Partner with the Talent team to provide a seamless induction process for new employees and develop innovative retention strategies.">
  • Collaborate with senior People Team members to escalate, resolve, and manage high-risk workplace issues.">
  • Act as Return to Work Coordinator for specified regions.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ">
  • Proven experience in a similar role.">
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Law, Management, or a related field.">
  • Working knowledge of IR/ER policies and practices.">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to consult, influence, and advise.">
  • Able to work effectively with a culturally diverse range of colleagues.">
