Dynamic HR Expert Sought

We are recruiting a seasoned HR professional to drive business growth and development in our organisation. As an HR expert, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our ANZ operations by providing expertise in recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR support for day-to-day activities such as talent management, onboarding, reporting, culture, engagement, policy review, payroll support, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Assist with the implementation of HR projects that align with our People & Culture Strategy
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and external partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Vocational or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (desirable)
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and good all-round IT/Tech knowledge
  • Solid understanding of Australian employment-related legislation
