Proactive HR Partner Role

This role involves partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategies aligned with business goals. As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage complex workplace matters, conduct investigations, and empower managers to lead with confidence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders to align human capital strategies with business objectives
  • Manage sensitive employee relations matters from assessment to resolution
  • Lead workplace investigations and provide actionable recommendations
  • Coach and support managers on performance and behaviour issues
  • Deliver leadership and organisational management training
  • Drive key HR initiatives including performance and engagement programmes
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in HR/ER, ideally in a partnering capacity
  • Solid knowledge of Australian employment laws
  • Skilled in handling complex employee relations issues and investigations
  • Confident, influential communicator at all levels
  • Relevant qualifications in HR, Law, Psychology or related field
