Job Title: Associate Director, Employee Relations

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Employee Relations. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution and grow your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations Coaching: Provide coaching to P&C team members and business leaders in respect of employee relations, employment policy, and people management practices.
  • Toolkits and Processes: Establish key toolkits and processes, templates, and procedures for effective and consistent management of employee relations matters.
  • Technical Advice: Provide technical advice and guidance to P&C team members and business leaders when dealing with technical employee relations matters.
  • External Engagement: Engage with external legal counsel on ER matters as required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong HR generalist background with a minimum of 8 years' broad experience. Exposure to HR discipline areas such as engagement, culture, leadership development, and exceptional ability to build relationships and business partnerships are essential.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders and employees alike.
