
Procurement Partnership Specialist

This role involves managing and maintaining relationships with Indigenous and regional contractors for the Santos Portfolio within procurement. It is focused on ensuring smooth contractor performance, contract compliance, and strong partnerships with key suppliers.
The Procurement Partnership Specialist will oversee cultural understanding when engaging with Indigenous suppliers to enhance relationships with these suppliers.
- Contract management to ensure delivery in accordance with commercial agreements, operational requirements, and service-level expectations.
- Development of strategies to achieve Santos Portfolio Indigenous Spend targets and reporting on these targets according to client schedules.
- Representation of the Supply Management team in internal and external engagements, demonstrating professionalism and integrity throughout the procurement process.
- Proven experience in procurement and contract management.
- Strong knowledge within the energy and resources sector and Indigenous Procurement.
- Experience in supplier and client contract management and performance monitoring.
- Strong negotiation and commercial contract management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex contracts and drive cost optimization.
