Role Overview
Businesses seek a skilled Client Success Representative to conduct outbound calls, verify contact details, and identify decision-makers for future engagement.
This role focuses on maintaining accurate records and strengthening business relationships, rather than sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Outbound calls to businesses in the database.
- Verify and update business contact information.
- Identify key decision-makers within each organisation.
- Maintain accurate call records using internal systems.
- Represent the organization professionally at all times.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to share insights.
- Generate leads for Sales teams.
- Timely follow-ups.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts and data protocols.
- Previous experience in a sales environment preferred.
- Confident phone manner and ability to engage professionally with corporate contacts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems (training provided).
- Availability to work flexibly during standard office hours.
