Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Fresh Manager to lead our Fresh Team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about great customer service, teamwork, and career growth. As an Assistant Fresh Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving store presentation, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for maintaining high standards of store presentation, ensuring shelves are stocked and faced, and managing stock levels to meet customer demand.

In addition, they will contribute to merchandising initiatives, including planograms and product promotions, and work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Ensure that shelves are stocked and faced to meet customer expectations
  • Manage stock levels and rotate products regularly to minimize waste and maximize sales
  • Contribute to merchandising initiatives and drive sales growth through effective product promotion and placement
