Customer Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Customer Services to join our APAC leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the customer success & services strategy, building on our existing foundation customer relations, whilst identifying new opportunities for us to partner and consult with our customers throughout their customer engagement lifecycle.

This role will provide a holistic focus and vision in how we partner with our customers as we expand our digital tools, consulting services, training programs, and Smart Centre offerings. You will lead and mentor a multifunctional team across the region to foster a high-performing cross-functional team to identify new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and deliver the customer success and services strategy, aligning with key growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with customers, driving revenue growth and expanding our service offerings.
  • Develop and implement effective customer services frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a senior customer services manager or consulting leadership role, ideally within the mining, industrial, or digital solutions sectors.
  • Background working with companies delivering sales across both digital and/or hardware and sensor-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in medium-sized team leadership, leading teams through growing business or organizational change.
  • Strong commercial/business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth through service innovation.
  • Ability to influence and build a collaborative culture cross-functionally with key stakeholders in the wider APAC region.
