Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver a market-leading loyalty proposition to drive growth in customers and deposits.
  • Evolving personal everyday banking loyalty offers and rewards program, NAB Goodies.
  • Support the planning, testing, design, execution of the loyalty proposition to reward and recognize priority customer segments.
  • Develop pricing, commercial modeling, customer value, and differentiating features and rewards.
  • Ensure the proposition meets clear outcomes aligned with customer need, commercial sustainability, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead engagement with partners and stakeholders across the enterprise to align on shared success.
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a Senior Consultant Loyalty Program coupled with driving ideas & innovation, customer strategy, and execution.
  • Financial modeling experience with analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills.
  • Able to work in Agile Ways of Working.
  • Effectively engaging senior stakeholders, business acumen, and stress-testing plans and strategies.
  • Business acumen, cooperation across functions to enhance quality of decision making.
  • Preferred experience in Financial Services or P&L management.
