We are seeking an individual with a passion for leadership and development within our organisation.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to achieve overall success and lead the team in driving a customer-centric culture.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing your team and collaborating with the business to achieve financial targets.
  • Enhancing store visual merchandising to create a captivating atmosphere.
  • Efficiently managing store rostering and wage expenses while maintaining commercial acumen.
  • Overseeing stock management in a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Tracking store sales performance and identifying areas for improvement – communicating findings to peers and senior management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Assistant/Store Manager or Full-time worker.
  • A passion for the retail industry.
  • The ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
