Job Title: Optical Customer Service Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optical Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Heidelberg West. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers on different lens solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest optical industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Optical knowledge and experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, including navigating ordering systems and tools.
  • High attention to detail.
