Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at NEXTDC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers and visitors, ensuring a seamless experience across all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Assist with coordination of customer and company events, and conduct site inductions as required.
- Conduct audits of critical facility stock and replenish levels as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years customer service experience, preferably in a service desk or call centre environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
