We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our passionate and engaged team at Healius. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide strong customer service and communication skills
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- Utilize excellent attention to detail and computer skills
- Communicate test results to our doctors, medical support staff, and patients
About You
To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential
