About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our passionate and engaged team at Healius. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, doctors, and medical centers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Respond to calls from our collectors in the field and address questions related to test inquiries
- Answer calls from patients, doctors, and medical centers, providing accurate and timely information
- Book home visits and perform administrative tasks
- Handle high-volume calls in a busy call center environment
- Perform administrative work, including data entry and record-keeping
- Participate in comprehensive training to ensure a high level of job performance
About You
To be considered for this position, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, including:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy
