As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering calls, and providing timely resolutions to Container Deposit Scheme customer enquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with customer inquiries and resolving issues via email and phone
  • Answering and directing incoming calls, and handling customer enquiries
  • Actioning and resolving service requests, investigating escalations, and service failures
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll bring:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • High levels of attention to detail and organizational skills
