We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to manage formal dispute processes, provide insights and recommendations for process improvements, and lead projects to drive continuous claims service growth.
- Formal CTP dispute management from start to finish.
- Develop trends and insights to enhance claims practices and outcomes.
- Lead project initiatives to improve claims service and customer experience.
As a Claims Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on complex disputes, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance claims service delivery.
Key Requirements- Minimum 2 years of technical claims experience in CTP or equivalent.
- Tertiary qualification/s in an allied health field.
- Experience in dispute resolution or a background in allied health is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to balance drive for improvement with customer, regulator, and community expectations.
