Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Claims Service Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our claims management department, you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution;
Maintaining high standards of customer service with internal and external stakeholders;
Building strong professional relationships and networks;
Ensuring knowledge of current legislation and its impact on claims management;
Continuously communicating with internal and external stakeholders to report on claim progress and potential strategic opportunities;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
A minimum of two years' experience in insurance, preferably in claims management;
Sound knowledge of Australian Road Rules and relevant legislation;
Experience handling complex claims processes and procedures across various general insurance product lines;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively;
Ability to interpret and analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision making;
Possession of a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
