Job Title: Tour Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tour Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying touring opportunities, negotiating deals, and building relationships with artists, agents, and managers.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with artists, agents, and managers.
  • Develop compelling pitches and proposals to secure high-profile tours and artists.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key talent agencies, managers, global promoters, and venues.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in live entertainment/touring industry with established network of relationships.
  • Proven track record in tour acquisition, deal-making, and securing high-profile artists.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in artist contracts and commercial agreements.
