The Role

We're hiring an Events Operations Manager to bring experiences to life within our event promoting businesses. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, production, logistics, and operational delivery of major events. This includes developing and implementing detailed schedules, managing contractors, budget oversight, and client liaison to ensure seamless execution.

We're open to the right person joining us on contract or in an ongoing role – either way, you'll be part of a team that delivers some of Australia's most iconic family and live entertainment events.

What does a day in the life look like?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all event operations – from schedules to contractor management.
  • Own project delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, safely and within margins.
  • Be the key client contact, building trusted relationships with partners.
  • Lead logistics, suppliers, and on-site crews to bring large-scale activations to life.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven event operations or production management experience.
  • Strong budget and contractor management skills.
  • Calm leadership under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
  • A problem-solver and clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Other Key Considerations:

  • Due to the nature of this role, work is required outside of regular hours and on weekends.
  • Spend extended periods of time on your feet at events.
