We are seeking a seasoned Touring and Live Events Expert to join our team. As a key member of our live events division, you will be responsible for the conception, development, and execution of high-profile tours and events across Australia, New Zealand, and international markets.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves identifying touring opportunities, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with artists, agents, and promoters. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling commercial proposals and secure artist/agent deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead identification, pitching, and securing of high-profile tours and artists
  • Develop and negotiate artist/agent deals, including exclusivity and contract terms
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key talent agencies, managers, and global promoters
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years experience in live entertainment/touring industry with established network of relationships
  • Proven track record in tour acquisition, deal-making, and securing high-profile artists
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contracts
