Live Events Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Live Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the events department, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing live events that showcase world-class entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tour Acquisition: Identify and secure high-profile tours and artists across Australia, New Zealand, and international markets.
  • Deal-Making: Develop compelling commercial proposals and negotiate artist/agent deals, including exclusivity, contract terms, and commercial splits.
  • Industry Relationships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key talent agencies, managers, global promoters, and venues.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in live entertainment/touring industry with established network of relationships.
  • Proven track record in tour acquisition, deal-making, and securing high-profile artists.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in artist contracts and commercial agreements.
